How to make sure we don’t get a rigged election

With the approaching election, unless it’s a landslide, I think the looser might complain of a rigged election. For those of us who lived through, Gore and Bush, we surely know how devastating this could be. In my opinion, we should have a back-up. Technology is great, but hacking and rigging can definitely be easier. Why not have a Mancala or PresidentCala back-up. Give everyone a stone before going into their booth, sealed buckets, for only room for one rock to be thrown in. Each person before going in to vote throws the rock in the right candidate name, and goes on to vote electronically. If there is any uncertainty on vote count, we break the buckets and start counting rocks. Why not? I think this is hack-proof.
